There are three types of payment methods you can choose from to meet any needs. Decide whether you want your customers to pay and how you would like them to pay. Or, you can set different payment methods for different customers and products.

If you don't charge your customer for your event.

If you charge your customer but want to process their payments yourself offline.

If you want to invoice your customer.
XPO Online hosts your registration on our web site and you can generate HTML code on set up that you can place on your web site to link to the registration forms.

XPO Online includes:
  • A custom web page is created for your event - no web site programming is required.
  • Login to your account to view and download real time reports of sign-ups with detailed attendee information.
  • The ability to specify multiple registration types with custom pricing for each.
  • Specify the times for event sales to end for each registration type (e.g. 1 day before the event start time or 2 weeks before event start time for an 'Advance Registration' attendee type.
  • Create a customized questionnaire for your attendees where you specify what additional information should be collected from your attendees (e.g. "What is your guest's name?", "What is your title?", "What is your phone number?")
  • View printable and customizable attendee lists.
